Partner Proposal

We’ll prepare a Coliving Partner Proposal outlining how we intend to position your property, projected performance, and the standards we’ll help maintain. This phase is collaborative — we’ll discuss our process, answer questions, and align expectations before moving forward.

Coliving Partner Agreement

Once you’re ready, we’ll send over the Coliving Partner Agreement. This is our official contract that sets the foundation for our partnership, clearly defining responsibilities, protections, and financial terms. With this in place, you’ll have confidence knowing your property is being professionally managed.

Onboard & Prepare
